Social Media

Just as websites have revolutionised the way we talk to customers, social media is doing same – at an alarming rate. Social media tools like Facebook, Twitter, blogs, wikis, RSS feeds and apps are your customers’ way of talking about your brand, and you have to be in control of it. You have to use social media to drive sales, drive brand loyalty and be certain you are the one that is steering your brand message.

So where better to start than by finding out what’s already been said? We carry out an in-depth social media audit and build profiles on the most appropriate networks.

The key to success though is being current, up to the second current. So we devise and deploy innovative campaigns to shout about your sites and continue to monitor their performance, update content and develop your social media to ensure it forms a powerful part of your marketing arsenal.

Twitter Fail

Things have been going a bit crazy on Twitter today with accounts suddenly taking on a life of their own, tweeting spam and redirecting people to random pages. Engage your users with a Facebook Fan page

Don’t let anyone tell you it is easy to create a successfully engaging Facebook Fan Page. It is not.
